Haikus

I’m not much of a poet, which may be why haikus appeal to me; there’s not much poem to write.

Grandmother oak falls,

leaving room for her children

to scale the sunlight

C’est moi

  1. And gentle teasing, she notes, “I’m not much of a poet either but I am a syllable counter. And ‘C’est moi’ does make me wonder.”
